• The room consists of a King size bed with side tables, a Couch, Study Table, a Wardrobe with hangers, an electric kettle, and Smart LED TV.

Bathroom

• Attached bathroom with top-of-the-line Kohler Fittings and toughened glass partitions.
• The bathroom has a geyser, hairdryer, soap dispenser, rain shower, towels, and basic toiletries.

Dining Room

• 1.5 ton Air Conditioner (Hot & Cold), 6 seat marble top Dining Table.
• 6 seat marble top Dining Table
• The dining area has a Library.

Living Room

• Extremely Spacious Living Room offers seating for 15 people.
• 2 ton Air Conditioner (Hot & Cold)
• Spacious extended balcony area seats 4 people.
• The balcony has planters.

Kitchen

• Fully equipped modern Kitchen with RO, Mixer-Grinder, Oven, Microwave Oven, Cutlery, Toaster, Induction, Utensils, Refrigerator, Fully automated Bosch Washing Machine Hob, and Chimney.
• Crockery and cutlery are available.
• In case of Guests wanting a break, we offer you the services of a cook at an extra cost who can cook and serve your requisite cuisines!

Food

• Apart from the cooking in the kitchen, guests can Zomato or Swiggy the entire range of cuisines from the local restaurants or established brand options à la carte.
• Guests can also visit and eat at nearby places like Restaurants Mirabilia, Prez Restaurant, Black Pepper, and many many more.
• A cook can be arranged at an extra cost to cook a meal. Ingredients shall be provided by the guest.

Guest Access

• The guests have access to the entire Floor and utilize the common facility.
• In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted movements and avoid contact with other occupants.

Interaction with Guests 

The host resides just across the property and is always accessible just a call away. Trained and responsible staff is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

Staff Accommodation

Depending on the availability We can provide accommodation for 2 staff members/drivers at an additional charge of Rs.600 per person, per day, excluding meals.

Activities

Within the property, guests can enjoy a read in the library or arrange to play indoor games like chess, carom, etc. Guests can take a peaceful walk morning/evening and embrace the beauty around them. They can also request a terrace party at an extra cost.

Home Truths

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!

• There are no pets on the property.
• This property is not suitable for pets.
• Palatial Homes is located in a Residential Area.
• There is a CCTV camera at the property.
• In case of a power outage, we have 62.5 KV Silent DG set to run all the required equipment and facilities.
• JIO Giga Fiber Wi-Fi offers High-Speed Internet day around.
• The entire Mobile networks work fairly well here.

House Rules

• Drinking is not allowed in the bedrooms. Guests may drink only in the living room or common areas.
• Smoking is allowed only in Balconies/outdoors.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Policies

• • The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
  • The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
  • Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the Palatial Homes Home Stay.
  • All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
  • All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
  • Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
  • Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics is strictly not permitted.
  • Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded within two working days; provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
